Dual Responsibility – Salesman & Store VM
Implementing a proper layout in store as per Area VM strategy.
Manage section and guide other Salesmen to follow proper layout.
Share pictures to AVM as per demand
Assists AVM in merchandising window display, entrance table or other general layouts.
Entitle to receive Store VM Allowance on monthly basis
In absence of AVM, the Store VM will report directly to VM-Supervisor
Monthly performance report will be submitted by VM-Supervisor for all Store VMs to S&M Manager
Based on performance Report, the management will stop the Allowance if found any negligence from Store VM side.s
