From Training to Ownership: Our Success in KPK

In the tribal areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), cultural norms often limit women’s access to traditional workplaces. To bridge this gap, Teleport initiated a dedicated In-House Vocational Program.

We didn’t just provide training; we established a fully-equipped facility with 10 industrial machines and all necessary materials. The results have been life-changing:

Skill Development: Local women have mastered professional tailoring and craftsmanship within their homes.

True Independence: We are proud to share that three of our graduates have already purchased their own machines and launched their own independent businesses.

Expanding Our Reach: Sindh and Punjab

Following the success of our KPK program, we are excited to announce that we are currently establishing three new programs across Sindh and Punjab. This expansion will allow us to scale our social contribution and empower even more families through sustainable income-generation models.

With the start of the ROZGAR program, in which TMC own all travel documents and all travel expenses if any expenses of individual who cannot even effort to make their passport for overseas job of individual who TMC has set guidelines to increase service quality, social and economic responsibility, and environmental management.
