Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering / HND/HNC Degree in any Engineering discipline
Experience:
At least 10 years in shutdown executions, minimum of 3 offshore shutdown execution and 5 to 7 years minimum in shutdown management, planning, formulating plan of action with milestones, logistics management, shutdown coordination meetings, and CONTRACTOR safety briefings to achieve zero safety incidents, monitoring adherence to schedules, safety and resources planning, completion of shutdown on schedule.
He must have leadership qualities and interpersonal skills of planning, organizing and controlling, communication, problem analysis & solving and experienced in the use of project planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
