Requirements:

 Develop and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
 Conduct risk assessments to identify workplace hazards and implement controls.

 Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
 Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios.
 Collect, analyze, and report data on HSE performance to management and regulatory agencies.
