Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 5 years’ professional experience in offshore pipeline structure design.
• Familiar with offshore pipeline structure design, and have experience in Middle East and Southeast Asia pipeline projects is preferred.
• Familiar with the international standards for offshore  pipeline structural engineering (DNV-ST-F101, ASME B31.4/B31.8 & API RP 1111 , API Spec 5L, API Spec 5LD etc.etc.).
• Skilled in using DNV Pipeline Design Tools, AutoPipe, Orcaflex, OffPipe, Sage Profile 3D, Abaqus, AutoCAD and other software for pipeline structure design.
• Fluent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with clients without obstacles. Native English speakers are preferred.

Job Mission:

• In charge of  offshore rigid pipelines, risers and tie-in spools structural design work including but not limited to wall thickness design, pipeline routing, on-bottom stability design, free span analysis, on-bottom roughness analysis, crossing, riser and spool design, global buckling analysis etc., and preparation of the design report.
• Responsible for completing other related tasks assigned by the Company.

           2.QC/QA Supervisor

salary:            $10,000

Work Place:      Tianjin, China

Job Requirement:

• Responsible, Coordinate and Provide adequate numbers of qualified and experienced QA/QC personnel for all applicable Inspection disciplines in line to contract / project requirement.
• Monitor Vendor and/or Sub-Contractor manufacturing activities and QAQC quality group.
• Raise and/or review Technical Queries prior to submitting to Client.
• Review and/or monitor documentations, compilation and progress for all stages of fabrication and Installation works.

Job Mission:

• Primary responsibilities for development, implementation, coordination.
• Flexible Pipeline manufacturing, Line Pipe Manufacturing, Cable lay and Pipe Lay (Rigid / Flexible),  Internal and External FBE line pipe with CWC coating, Projects under EPCI,HUC, Fabrication, Transportation & Installation scopes.

          3.Welding Engineer

salary:            $10,000

Work Place:      Tianjin, China

Job Requirement:

• Prepare and issue preliminary Welding Documents for assigned project or bids.
• Review clients specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed Welding procedures to achieve maximum productivity in accordance with required quality levels.
• Coordinate and schedule personnel and systems for the qualification of welding procedures and welders.
• Review subcontractors tender documents and technical qualifications.
• Assist QHSE Department on subcontractor assessments/audits.
• Review journals and technical papers for new welding technology. Maintain contact with welding equipment suppliers and
• Liaise with the barge personnel, particularly welding supervisorsand operative welding figures, and assist optimizing work methods and trouble shooting where and when required.
• Propose the Base material Purchase strategy for a fabrication Project.
• Prepare and issue Welding Documents (Welding Books, WPSs, WPQR, PTW report, Procedures, etc.)
• Evaluate and estimate type and quantity of welding consumables.

• Follow welding through all its aspects from bid phase to project completions.
• Promote and support new welding solutions, techniques and consumables to achieve the most competitive and strategic results.
