Planner

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Engineering in any discipline or Bachelor of Technology, or equivalent in any engineering discipline from a recognized university.
-Speak, read, and write fluently in the English Language.

Job Requirements: (but not limited to)

-Identifies, organizes, and coordinates with various groups to start and complete the job planning process Development of work requirements and job plans for labor for planned equipment outages and Shutdowns in SAP.
-Scheduling “PM”, and “CM” work order activities.
-Ability to analyze and understand maintenance problems as mentioned in work requests to prepare job plans.
-Ability to create PM plans in SAP with minimum training to align with company practices.
-Ability to read and use standard maintenance procedures, OEM manuals, GA drawings, P & I D’s, Equipment, piping specifications, etc.
-Able to advise, when needed, on work order close-out activities to ensure that the execution team records correct data in SAP.
-Assist with SAP functionality and tools required to successfully allow to plan and schedule jobs.

Minimum Work Experience:
– Minimum 3 years of work experience in Routine and Shutdown Maintenance of a Petrochemical or Chemical or a Refinery or Oil and Gas plant in a similar position.
– Understand and act upon Company safety policies and procedures.
– SAP working knowledge in PM and MM modules shall be preferred.
– Understanding Maintenance programs, standards, and practices are essential.
– Shall possess knowledge of various types of Plant Equipment (Mechanical /Electrical / Instrument etc.)
– Shall possess solid supervisory skills and practical knowledge in the Maintenance of all types of Equipment.
– Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6.
