JOB DESCRIPTION:
Educational Qualification Required:
Required (Qualification’ I Discipline): High School/ Higher National Diploma;
Preferred (Qualification’ I Discipline): Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/ Office Management
Work Experiences:
Required : Up to 3 years of experience in Secretarial/Administrative field.
Preferred : Up to 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Maintain the AFE/AFD database, circulate documents for approval and proper filing of the approved documents.
Monitoring of Technical/ Maintenance staff compliance training, follow-up and to provide feedback to concerned DSRs.
Record Keeping:
Organize and maintain Department’s files of correspondence, records, forms, applications etc. and following up on pending matters.
Maintain office files and records in accordance with internal procedures.
Maintain a record keeping matrix and keep it updated to meet Department’s criteria.
Meetings and Calendar
Arrangement and coordination of meetings of Superintendent and the Department.
Arrangement and coordination of meetings and conferences in meeting rooms and other locations.
