We are urgently seeking candidates for the following positions in Dubai.

• PATTERN INSPECTOR
  Requirements:
  Qualification – ITI (Minimum)
  Salary : 4000AED

(including food and accommodation)
Knowledge of understanding the drawing tolerances & machining symbols.
Imagination of 3D shape from 2D drawing.
Work experience of pattern Inspection for min 2 Years.
Work experience in Foundry only.
Knowledge of understanding the Pattern and core design.
To make pattern inspection report by adding drawing size, contraction allowance & Machining allowance. To Handing measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauges.

• PATTERN MAKER
  Requirements:
  Salary : 2000AED

(including food and accommodation)
Receives print from supervisor, together with any special information or instructions. Makes preliminary study of print.
Makes layout, sketches and template.
Selects wood or block of metal to be used or rough casting or any other material which may be provided. Determines parting line of pattern, amount of draft to be allowed, and type of cores to be used to produce castings Determines shrinkage to be expected.
Working knowledge in problem solving techniques in shell core, cold core box and mold patterns Assembles parts and fastens together with screws, bolts, dowels, solder, glue, etc.
hecks, modifies and maintains existing wood, metal, plaster and/or plastic patterns and models. Finish up rough castings made from wood pattern.
Lubricates and cleans equipment, cleans work area and performs other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.
