Designation: Fabrication Supervisor
Technical Diploma in respective trade
(10 years School + 3 years Diploma),
12 years relevant MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IN OIL & GAS/PETROCHEMICAL/FERTILIZER INDUSTRY AND COMPETENCY
– Hands-on experience of Work order part of EAM(Maintenance) module of SAP Working level competency in Communication, Team management, Report writing
* good exposure in carrying out fabrication of piping spools and structural items in Fertilizer, Gas, Petrochemical, or similar process industries.
* Able to study and understand piping and structural drawing and shall be able to understand the material requirement.
* Conduct the site survey to determine services and resources requirements for job execution.
* Carry out the fouling study with reference to the approved drawing and suggest the mitigation plan.
* Explain the job scope/coordinate the welders and fabricators assigned to him. Ensure effective utilization of resources deployed.
* Evaluate the risk and take mitigation measure.
* Able to prepare the job safety analysis.
* Conduct fouling study at site with reference to the approved drawing.
* Shall be able to use trigonometry formula and calculations.
* Carry out multi-dimensional cross checks including field oriental verifications. • Understand the WPS specifications, procedures, stress relieving requirement.
* Capable of developing various nature metal components in fabrication such as lateral, saddle, mitre bend, cone, reducer, transition spools round to square, square to rectangular etc.
* Shall be certified for Rigging and EOT crane operation.
