SALARY without accommodation, transportation & food = 3800USD 

Job requirement:

1. Academic Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above,

2.Professional Qualification：

• Management or Engineering related major

1. Professional Knowledge and skills：

Program management, project management, familiar with local laws and regulations as well as international industry standards, etc.
More than 5 years’ experience in offshore engineering or related work.；
Skills：

• Good organization, cooperation, communication and judgment skills;
• Ability to accurately complete program management  and statistics work as required;
• Ability to accurately complete archiving management of document files according to regulations;
• Ability to perform statistics work;
• Ability to prepare and organize project meetings; Proficiency use of office software, such as Microsoft  Office、Adobe Acrobat etc.
• Master application of modern office equipment, such as computers, printers, fax and other office supplies.
• Fluent in spoken and written English;

Job responsibility:

1. Be responsible for the management and tracking of memorandums with the owner and the project team;
   2.Receiving and sending technical documents of each unit for filing;
   3.Printing and distribution of documents such as delivery note and inspection notice;
   4.Be responsible for the transmission and filing of procurement documents;
   5.Be responsible for file management;
   6.Submission, distribution and filing of documents;
   7.Track the submission status of drawings and documents， assist the planning engineer in document statistics of design documents;
   8.Sort out As-built documents;
   9.Summary and tracking of the comments of the owner and the third party
