SALARY without accommodation, transportation & food = 4300 USD 

Job requirement:

1.One need to have Bachelor’s degree or above, with internationally renowned company (Including Total/ BP/ SHELL/ EXXON/ CHEVRON/ ENI/ Fugro/ Technip/ Subsea Seven/ McDermott)’ s work experience in contract management position and commercial contract management, and need familiar with the knowledge of contract law and financial management.

2.Have the independent commercial contract management experience in being responsible for at least.

3 International offshore projects , in which at least 1 large scale( the contract income is more than 100 million Chinese yuan or its equivalent in foreign currency) commercial contract management experience in international offshore project,

3.Be skilled in using the excel\word\ppt and other related office software,

4.Have good learning ability to learn new skills and knowledge actively,

5.Be serious, rigorous, responsible, hard- working with job, and willing work overtime at any time as required,

6.Have good coordination and organization ability to organize relevant personnel to communicate and solve problems, dealing with the client’ s routine job independently,

7.Be able to conduct qualitative methods with sample analysis and evaluate method and identify key milestone and take targeted measures,

8.Have good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Job responsibility:

1. Responsible for preparing of Engineering project master plan, operation plan, manpower plan, etc., and meeting the requirements of Engineering project management procedures.
2. Responsible for recording, tracking and control of all plans including but not limit to drawing plan, 3D design plan, procurement cooperation plan, outsourcing workplan, construction coordination plan. etc.
3. Responsible for sending, receiving, dynamic tracking and record of Engineering documents, such as Engineering management documents, technical documents, process documents, procurement coordination tracking tables, vendor submission/completion documents, and backup and archiving of important documents, statistics documents upgrade, archiving and publication of engineering documents
4. Responsible for reviewing and confirming Sub-Contractor’s plan, checking and supervising the implementation progress.
5. Responsible for Engineering project progress analysis and forecasting as well as preparation of project progress analysis report.
6. Responsible for preparation of weekly, monthly reports and other tables/reports for Engineering project.
7. Assist project manager in handling daily affairs, responsible for putting in order of Engineering and management documents, preparing all kinds of reporting materials, letters and minutes of meeting.
8. Responsible for dynamically track and record of design documents and assist in tracking and record of technical documents. Responsible for tracking of weekly planning and procurement coordination weekly planning. Report tracking result to Engineering Project Manager and Deputy Engineering Project Manager. Complete other tasks assigned by Project Manager and Deputy Manager.
