•Ensure that the standards of merchandise procedures and methodologies are maintained and kept consistent

Inventory Stock Optimization

•Ensure optimum category levels are maintained at Concept/Territory keeping in mind store requirements
•Ensure that stock is managed and out of stocks/excess stock risks are minimized through effective merchandise planning
•Ensures shipments are processed through to next stage in a timely manner
•Updates and maintains the allocation tables through analysis of sales and feedback from Territory
